I AM HAVING TROUBLE PLACING AN ORDER?

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
- Currently we do not accept orders and or payments over the phone other than making a deposit when choosing the finance option.
CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
- Yes, you can, but orders can be delayed due to verification of the legitimacy of the shipping address. To avoid any delays, we recommend that you ship to the address the card is issued to.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED?
- Once your order has been confirmed, our staff cannot change or edit the order due to administrative reasons. If you have placed an order incorrectly, please contact us and we will cancel the order, allowing you to
re-order the correct items.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

CAN I RETURN THE ITEM I BOUGHT?
- If you’re not happy with the item you purchased from Infinity Bracelets of London, you can return the item within 7 working days after receiving it. Check our terms & conditions Returns, Exchanges and Refunds for more information and how to proceed.

- Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. terms & conditions.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I BOUGHT IT ON SALE OR WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
- We do not give refunds on items bought with a discount or promotional code. Only an exchange can be made within the total amount spend. CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM I BOUGHT FOR A DIFFERENT ONE?
- Yes, if the item you bought is not the right size or you feel it is not what you thought it would be or you have seen another you like better, you can return the item and have it exchange for a different one. Any additional cost to be paid by you.
- Exchanges will only be made upon receipt of the returned goods.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
- Mistakes unfortunately happens, although it is occasionally that a wrong item(s) may have been sent to you. Please contact our customer services via our contact form and tell us what happened. Include your order number at all time when contacting us.
DO I GET A WARRANTY?

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK, DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
- Most countries we deliver to is done on a DDP(delivery duty paid) basis, meaning that all the taxes and duties that comes with it have been included in the final purchase price.
